About Me
Hey….I’m Lucy and thanks so much for checking out this blog!
Please read through all the stuff because I really think that what I’ve got to say will be both informative and very reassuring.
I am 24 years old and an extremely happy, bubbly person who contracted herpes 6 years ago when I was just 18. When I found out I thought my world had fallen down around me, and couldn’t shift the unbearable feeling of disgust, rejection and depression. It was horrible, something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone.
I decided then to write this blog for a number of reasons.
Firstly, it is extremely important to understand the different stages of herpes and identify them as early as possible. The earlier you treat it the less severe it can become as it is easier to boost your immune system in many different ways to avoid future outbreaks.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t possible for me and I stupidly ignored the early stages of herpes and its symptoms. I put this down to being young and extremely naive. Please don’t bury your head in the sand, get checked out and I guarantee things will be fine.
Secondly, after suffering from horrible, painful outbreaks for many years, I finally found something which transformed things. Since I’ve implemented what I learned I’ve not had one single outbreak or symptom. It was this that made me write this blog as by making others aware I hope they will find the same peace and happiness.
Being told you have herpes is a horrible shock, but I can’t stress enough that it really isn’t that bad. Once you get over your outbreaks, and some people never get any, you can carry on living a normal life.
If you have any questions relating to herpes or want some advice, please go to the Contact Me page where you’ll find my email.
I look forward to hearing from you!
