We all like to have a good height because it gives more confidence and also a better personality. It is not surprising then that all people want to appear tall and in their bid to grow taller, they try all means like pills and other methods which cost high. The consistency of blood should be kept thin for easy circulation of nutrients and vitamins in the bones and muscles by having water liberally and in large quantity. Protein helps building and repairing of damaged cells. So amount of protein intake should be increased significantly while decreasing the carbohydrate intake. Production of insulin and other important hormones are stimulated by proper well balanced intake of proteins and carbohydrates.
